En Moov'ement helps entrepreneurs and companies break away from sedentary routines and connect differently through thematic walks, workshops, and collaborative days. These activities, led by experts, foster creativity, learning, and synergies among participants. For example, a workshop on emotional management allowed participants to better understand themselves and share skills with confidence.

For businesses, En Moov'ement reinvents professional relationships by taking teams out of the traditional framework and offering innovative approaches to attract and retain talent, through co-development sessions and personal development programs.

En Moov'ement is building a community that combines learning, breathing, and collaboration, enabling everyone to grow personally and professionally in an inspiring environment. Each week, we organize and offer numerous events for our community.

We needed an efficient solution that could be easily integrated into our own website.

What type of events do you regularly organize?

At En Moov'ement, we offer two types of activities:

• For companies: Workshops and walks that allow employees to connect differently, outside the traditional work setting.
• For entrepreneurs: Regular meetups to reconnect, exchange, and take care of oneself. These moments provide an opportunity to pause, breathe, and return more creative and serene.

For entrepreneurs, it is essential to step away from sedentary habits and recharge in order to stay productive and balanced.

What was your main challenge in organizing and managing events before using Joynit?

Before using Joynit’s event calendar, we struggled to coordinate schedules, manage registrations, send reminders, and track participants. Each event required complex manual management, which was time-consuming and sometimes led to mistakes.

Since we started using Joynit, everything has become much simpler. The platform centralizes all the information, streamlines event organization, and ensures a smooth experience for all participants — without the stress of logistical management.

Regarding the platform’s features, are there one or two that have really made your daily activities easier?

Yes, definitely. What really helps us is the chat function. Before, people had no direct way to communicate with each other. Now, with the integrated chat, they can exchange directly — one-on-one, with the entire group, or even only within the ongoing event. This makes coordination so much easier!

Before Joynit, did you use another solution or a different method?

Before, we used an online ticketing solution, but it was really not smooth. It often turned into a hassle, because people would constantly call us or contact us in person to register. It wasn’t practical at all.

With Joynit’s event calendar, registrations are handled much more independently. What’s great is that we can also take a step back when we’re busy — for example, on Saturdays. People can still sign up on the platform, and we can respond later without being interrupted by phone calls. It’s much more convenient and allows us to manage our time better.

Honestly, I’d tell them it’s clearly a great solution. It really makes life easier, reduces errors, and simplifies management.

On top of that, the platform’s design is excellent — it’s intuitive, and I use it every day without any issues. What I appreciate is that we can adapt it to our needs and get the most out of it.

I’m so convinced that I could even show it live and explain how to use it effectively. It’s a tool I recommend 100%, and I’m really a fan.
