👉 If I did not receive an invitation link to the shared calendar

Go to the site www.joynit.fr then click on the register button. Enter your email address and follow the steps. At the last step, you will be asked to manually enter the access code for your shared calendar to join it.

Contact the shared calendar administrator to find out which code to enter!

👉 If I received an invitation link from the shared calendar

If you have received an invitation email sent from Joynit by the shared calendar administrator or an invitation link to join the calendar sent manually (via email, WhatsApp, SMS, etc.) click directly on this link then follow the steps to finalize your registration.

You won't have to enter the shared calendar access code as it was already included in your invitation link.

Access the shared calendar without registering

You do not have to register to view the shared calendar.

The simple calendar link allows you to easily access it.

The viewing of the content still depends on the setting chosen by the administrator:

> 🔓 Public calendar: You have immediate access to the content of the agenda

> 🔒 Private calendar: You must enter the access code to unlock the content of the agenda

> 🔐 Professional calendar: Maximum security, registering and having a validated user account is mandatory

Events, meeting and tasks posted in the shared calendar

You will find the events posted in the shared agenda in your Joynit space.

You will be able to see:
- Open events (visible to all members)
- Restricted events, if you were invited to the event.

A symbol shows you the type of events, open/restricted.

👉 I am registered on Joynit

To participate in an event simply click on “Participate” in the event.

👉 I am not registered on Joynit

It is not necessary to have a user account to participate in an event on Joynit. Once you have accessed the event via its link, simply click on the “participate” button. You will then have to enter your email, name and first name and that's it!

The discussions

Joynit has an integrated chat. You have 3 types of discussions:

💬 Event discussions (all event guests can discuss)

💬 Calendar discussions (all members of the shared calendar)

💬 Discussions between users (it's up to you to create the conversation with the people you want)

Install the mobile application

Joynit has a free mobile application on iPhone and Android.

Download the app then simply log in with your email and password.

You will thus find the essential functionalities and will also be able to benefit from push notifications that will notify you when a new event is available in the shared calendar or when you are invited to an event.
