From a computer go to the administration interface of your shared calendar, to do this click on My Agendas in the top bar and select the agenda in question.
(Attention, the administration area is not accessible from the mobile application).

Once in the administration interface of your shared calendar, click on the wheel to access the settings then go to the page “Activable options”.

Activate or deactivate the feature called “Allow members to add events to the calendar.” If it's ON, members can post. If it is OFF only administrators will be able to post in the shared calendar.

The events that you add to the shared agenda have 2 possible visibilities, it is you who choose for each event.

restricted event: It will only be visible to selected guests and shared calendar administrators
open event: It will be visible to all members of the shared agenda and of course to its administrators.
You can edit the visibility of an event at any time from the edition of the event in question.
From a computer, go to the administration interface of your shared calendar by clicking on “My calendars” in the top bar, select a shared calendar that you own or manage.
You arrive on the administration area of your shared calendar. Click on the wheel that symbolizes “Settings”

You then have access to 4 pages:
Page 1 “activable options” allows you to refine the configuration of your shared calendar so that it perfectly meets your needs. Take the time to go through the page and adjust your customizable options!
Page 4 “settings and visuals” allows you to change all the parameters of your shared agenda (logo, cover image, sponsorship code, accessibility, description, etc.)
Logos and images are used for all email invitations and reminders for shared calendar events.
Yes you can customize the types of events offered on Joynit.
This is configured in the settings of your shared calendar.
For this:
1. Go to the administration interface of your shared calendar (click on “My calendars” then choose the shared agenda in question)

2. Click on the wheel to display the management menu. Select “Settings”

3. Select the “Activable Options” page then scroll down to the Premium settings section

And that's it, you can now use your custom event types instead of the default types!

You can replicate an existing event on several other dates.
Go to the page of the event in question then click on the 3-dot menu, and finally select “Duplicate the event”

From a computer, go to the administration interface of your shared calendar by clicking on your name at the top left to bring up the menu and then select the agenda of your choice.

Once in the administration interface of your shared calendar, click on the button Add in the context of sharing.

You then have the choice between two options:
1/ Simply share the agenda link (which will be viewable to the visitor who clicks on the link, without having to register)
2/ Add members (who will be invited to create a secure personal account with a password)
Click on the option that suits you best and let yourself be guided!
NB: A user who starts by viewing the shared calendar simply by using the link can also decide to create an account on Joynit at any time.
You have two options to easily communicate your events with your community:
Share the shared calendar URL with anyone you choose. The calendar and its events can thus be consulted directly online, without having to register (in the case of a private agenda, the access code that you chose when creating the agenda will still be requested in order to unlock the content of the agenda). In this mode of operation, people must themselves consult the agenda via the link you gave them to see the events posted there.
Use the “share calendar” command from your community management interface to use this option.

You can add members to your shared calendar, this allows you to be more proactive. They will in fact be invited to create a space on the platform to which they can then connect to access the shared agenda immediately using their password.
The other advantage is that as an administrator, you will be able to easily invite calendar members to your events in a few clicks. In fact, you can invite all members at once, or you can select them individually.
At each invitation the member is notified proactively, and receives appropriate reminders before the event if he has not responded or if he is participating.
When you add members to the community, they first appear with the status “not activated”. Once they activate their account and choose a password, you'll see them under the “activated” status.

You can remove a member at any time. Likewise, a member can decide to leave a shared calendar whenever they want.
That depends on you! The two options are complementary, you can even start by using the first one to allow a smoother familiarization with the tool and then decide to add members manually.
Note that by accessing the agenda spontaneously via the link (option 1), visitors are encouraged to ask to join the shared agenda (and therefore to be a member of the agenda directory). They can thus themselves ask to be a member and they will then have to be validated by an administrator.
Option 1 or option 2, all roads lead to your community and its shared agenda!
